Its not bad luck! It's your day, you can wear whatever you want! Besides black is very elegant and looks good on anyone. You'll look great and have fun. Remember its all about you and your soon-to-be hubby. Good luck with everything.

Wear what ever makes you feel the best. I have been to rehearsals that were ultra casual with the bride and groom both in jeans and rehearsals that were the exact opposite. It doesn't matter so long as you make a decision and let your guests know so that no one is over or under dressed.

Wear whatever is comfortable that day. If it's black, it's black. The superstitions only apply on the wedding day, not the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.

I wore black to mine and I'm still married 12+ years later. Some brides wear black to their actual wedding. Luck is not what makes a marriage strong.

Depending on in which the practice session dinner is being held, there generally is not a get dressed code. Jeans and tees are quality (if the dinner situation is informal) or extra dressed up. Who wears white, who wears black, anything, cannot also be an dilemma.
