I think you need a dude's advice on this one. Walk up to him and say hi, then introduce yourself and talk to him. Get his name and just find out his interests. If his interests aren't something you are interested you can quickly bail before you get too into a convo, if not, then let the convo take it's own course, but most of all, be yourself, guys are just like women, they want someone who is themselves around them.

Don't be either. Just walk up to him say hi and casually ask what he's been up to. If you NEVER ever have talked to him then just start by introducing yourself or somethin like that.

Find out what he's interested in. If you're into too, talk about that. If not, act like you want to know and he'll tell you all about it. Guys like to talk, they're just not into that many things.

Just be yourself and don't be GIDDY!! act mature and he'll notice.
If you look at him and smile he'll most likely come talk to u if he does'nt then he was'nt worth ur time. Keep Eye Contact!!!
