i was supposed to meet her today for lunch. I got caught up at work so I called her to apologize. I asked her what her schedule is like and she said she would be busy. Then she gave me the impression she doesn't want to see me ever again. i.e. "You know what, i don't know what time I'll have free..." And last night I'm pretty sure she hooked up with someone. So should I even try anymore with her or should I just move on?

well if she gave up that easily than just let her go, that is a bad sign that if anything were to ever happen like marriage and then say you guys fight once in a while she will give up and not try, that is not good, so i would take that as a sign that she is just not the right person for you. good luck, many more ladies out there waiting for someone like you.

You should have called before the lunch meeting not after. That way she could have made other plans and not wait for you. To her, you clearly blew her off. Now she is playing hard to get cause she wants to send the message that she is hot commodity and not one to be blown off. And since you blew her off she'll go with her other options, they guy she was 'sleeping' with last night.

eh she's playing hard to get. The hardest thing with women is maintaining the status quo, and ya kind of blew it there. I would move on, but if she's in a position where you see her a lot, look kind of disinterested; tease her a little, flirt with other girls around her. but be careful not to flirt to intensely or she'll think you're a player

I would just call her a couple of times just to say hi. Test the waters. But when you make a date, for God's sake, man, don't stand her up. A woman takes a lot of time to look good for a guy, and it's all for not if you stand her up.

well it sounds like she isn't a very understanding person. She isn't even willing to give you another chance. Just imagine if it were a real complex issue, she would probably bail. you are probably better off moving on. Sounds like she could really hurt you. Good luck.

To save heartache move on ... If she was really interested she would understand responsibility ...

Move on. It clearly shows that she doens't show interest anymore (or if at all)!
