how can i move trhow history items in photoshop

yes u can do it by pressing CTRL+ALT+Z

There is a windows tool bar under window (top) The little box contains both History and Action. Under History there is a little line with the name of the move you did. You can go forward or backward (all the way to the original file) by clicking on an action you already did.

Click on the little paintbrushes to the left of the action item on the history palette. It undoes your work to that point. If you do nothing, you can go back to the bottom. If you execute a new action, however, you'll lose all moves below where you clicked.

Depends which Photoshop you have on CS2 you can just select how far back you want to go by clicking it

adobe photoshop,click on window at the top and click on history,a box will appear showing you your moves one by one so you can go back.just click on what you want to go back to.

Okay, keep pressed 'Alt' + Ctrl' & then stroke 'Z', each stroke on 'Z' will take you one step back to history.
