Check out ebay auto, yahoo auto auction, and publications that specialize in Ford mustang classified listings. An excellent source is Hemmings published every month and available in bookstores.

back in time...they quit making '65's in 1965, so it's probably slim pickens out there by now...then again I found one for 10 grand on eBay in about 30 seconds....just typed in 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback in the search box...

Actually go for the Camaro or a Classic Nova....maybe even a Corvette...
