Yes - based on the fact that the Bible says that "Everyone has sinned, everyone falls short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). But, if you have asked Jesus into your hear and asked forgiveness for all your sins (including the ones that you have not committed yet) (John 3:16), then God answers all your prayers. And remember, God loves you as His child - sometimes He answers prayers with a "no". Just because you didn't get what you wanted didn't mean that He didn't answer.

God hears ALL prayers.
Jesus said that He came into the world to seek and save that which is lost (sinners).
HOW, I'm wondering, could He do that, if He refused to hear their prayers?
We are ALL sinners, if God doesn't hear the prayers of sinners, then God doesn't hear any prayers at all.
I think the question is...will God honor the prayers of unrepentent, rebellious people, who continue in sin willfully?
God knows our hearts, and you can trust God to hear your prayers exactly...both what you say...and what you don't say.

Yes, because even Christians are sinners. If he didn't answer the prayers of sinners, he would just be talking to himself all the time

God answers all prayers. The answer is one of three: Yes, No, or not yet. Even believers in Jesus Christ are sinners.

If God does not answer the prayers of sinners, he does not answer prayers at all.

We are all sinners, but yet the Bible says to draw close to God through prayer and supplication, so we know that God wants for us to pray to him and will hear our prayers. It's just prayers that are done in the wrong manner or are not in harmony with his will, he doesn't anwer or hear. :)

He answers all prayers, just not always in the exact way you want him to.
(ie. a selfish example: I prayed to God that I would get this car that I was working really hard to save for. In the end I didn`t get credit approval and didn`t get my car. God didn`t answer my prayers. I was upset. But then a month later, I lost my job. God knew I would. So he answered my prayers in a way that I needed them to be answered. I just didn`t know it at the time.)

Nope. Of course he "hears" all prayers but He doesn't answer the prayers of an unforgiven sinner.
Prov. 15:29 "The LORD is far from the wicked
but he hears the prayer of the righteous."
Psalm 66:18 "If I had cherished sin in my heart,
the Lord would not have listened;"
Isaiah 59:1-2 "Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save,
nor his ear too dull to hear.
But your iniquities have separated
you from your God;
your sins have hidden his face from you,
so that he will not hear."
