Do you kno if he likes you? if soo tell him you really like him and you would go out with him but try not to make it TOO avouse
But if you dont know if he likes you tell him you really like him alot and ask him if he likes you and tell him to tell you the truth if he says no tell him well thats good id really like to go out with you if he says what do you mean say nothin i just really like you and want to go out with you but i dont ask out guys
but he dont like you then i dont kno what to tell you

1) start flirting with him
2) then be friends with him
3) after that get his email
4) he might ask u out instead
5) if he aint ask u out then make him like u and later on tel him u like him
6) by then im sure he might like u
by the way do all this only if ur sure that hes SINGLE

Well u can write him a note or u can ask his friend to ask him for u. Or tell his freind to hint to him that u like him
