A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore
ALSO....

The quickest way is to cut out red meats, starches, breads, sugars, alcohal, and sodas.
Eat veggies (salads are good), soups, and drink TONS of water. If you get hungry between a meal, drink water to fill up.
In moderation eat white meats, and fruits (fruits contain natural sugars, and that can put on weight)
Practice portion control. Yes, you'll feel hungry at first, but think of your goal, and soon your stomach will start shrinking and you won't have that feeling anymore.
Eat 5 times a day. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not eat any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)
Go exercise for at least an hour a day, incorporating weight training. Weight training builds muscle. Muscle burns fat. You get the idea. It also gives tone and definition.
Good luck!!

Try the next : do 2 hundred mins of aerobic per week. Remember fats does now not change into muscle, so that you must lose your fats whilst striking on muscle. The forty five minute factor isn't real, however do not over 60 mins at a time. Do five-10 mins of aerobic to hot up, then do your weight coaching. Do 30 to 60 mins extra of aerobic, then move dwelling. The nice time to devour is simply after your exercise inside an hour while your metabolism is raging. For your muscular tissues, include a few remoted soy protein or whey protein. Whey is extra effective however the soy tastes greater! Don't appear at your scale because the be all and finish all, however get a measuring tape to determine your growth, and in order to exhibit extra tangible outcome. Read health magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and hints. Good good fortune and stick at it.

Don't go on a diet. Most of the time when we say that we are going to start a diet program, that is when your body tells you that you want all the things that you cannot have to loose weight. Just eat small meals, around 6 to 10 a day. As long as your not a vegitarian, eat more meat and cheese than bread. Only eat good stuff, if you are craving something sweet, eat fruit. It will take care of the sweet tooth you have. Also, if you are serious about loosing weight, you have to exercise faithfully every other day. That is the fastes way that I lost all my baby fat.

Start eating less. Weight loss is not magic. It is simple math.
If calories in is greater than calories out you gain weight
If calories in is less than calories out you lose weight
and this equation has to strictly maintianed over a long long period of time. If you eat less 4 days and then over eat on the next 2 days it is pointless. If you strictly consume less calories than you burn over 6 months you will be amazed at how much weight you have lost. If you add exercise to your life and burn even more calories regularly and consistently it is even better. You will see results faster. There is no other magic formula. All the fat loss pills they sell you are all BS. The fat loss industry in America from what I read is like a 6 Billion $ industry and growing. I don't see any less number of over weight people though. Wonder why?

This is only my humble opinion. This isn't just another low-carb diet - please read it through.
Obviously, weight loss is taking in fewer calories than you burn. The key is appetite control mixed withincreased exercise. You can and should exercise a lot, but that often can cause an even bigger appetite, so take care. Something else needs to be combined with it.
Most people with excess fat are more or less sensitive about carbohydrates. It's not so much that carbos are any more fattening than other foods when eaten sensibly, but they destabilize blood sugar levels in individuals who are sensitive to their presence in foods. These people have been referred to as carbo intolerant or even carbo addicts. In these people, the blood sugar level increases disproportionately after a carbo-laden meal, only to plummet a few hours later, resulting in a big increase in appetite and eating more and/or more frequently, resulting in weight gain.
To eat less, one must use either self-control, which is hard when experiencing strong, real (because the blood sugar is really low - it's not all in the mind) hunger cravings, or try to remove the cravings. Drugs are a dangerous and an impermanent way to control the cravings. A diet that minimizes cravings is the way to go.
If done right, you can actually eat a lot and still turn up your body's thermostat to burn more calories that you are taking in, while minimizing your appetite for the next meal, and will eventually reset your metabolism.
Here are a few simple guidelines:
1. NO JUNK FOOD. Know where your food is coming from - buy it fresh and cook it yourself. Unfortunately, this means that you probably should forget about going out to eat (anyway, you don't know what the restaurant is putting in the food or doing to it when you're not watching - think about it.)
2. Avoid simple carbos, like breads, desserts, rices or potatoes. After a period of successful weight loss, it's OK to bring back in a SMALL amount of WHOLE GRAIN (nothing refined) bread and cereal, and BROWN rice, which contain carbs in a more complex package.
3. Eat complex carbos contained in vegetables ("on the hoof") which are released slowly into the bloodstream. You need carbohydrates for good nutrition, but they need to be packaged in good food.
4. Some vegetable fats are fine in your diet, even necessary. Specifically, olive oil is very good. AVOID EXCESSIVE ANIMAL FAT, including a lot of dairy. Make sure any meat is well cooked and well drained.
5. Each meal should include at least one leafy, one stemmy, one fruity and one rooty plant part. I like to have at least 7-12 different vegetables in each meal, but then, I don't eat any animals.
6. To combine the Olive oil and many vegetables ideas, I find that the perfect implementation into the diet is with stir-frying. Get a wok, and learn how. As you quickly sear the outside of the veggies, the oil caramelizes the veggies and soy sauce, giving it a meaty favor. If done right, the veggies don’t get soggy, remaining firm and retaining many of their nutrients as opposed to boiling them.
7. Don't pig out, but I find that if I feel particularly hungry, these meals don't lead me back into that vicious hunger cycle.
6. BE PATIENT. A good weight loss plan should take of fat slowly.
HOPE THIS HELPS.

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

The slower you lose the weight, the easier it is to keep it off. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks and all I did was cut fast food out of my diet, and went to the gym every other day for two hours. Cardio is the key to weight loss. Good luck.

Since the beginning of time there have been two ways to lose weight: diet and exercise -- i.e. get some exercise and don't eat as much. It's easy and free.

Join Weight Watchers it really works, forget the quick fixes, it is about a life-style change. Exercise nothing heavy, just walking around the block of 20 minutes is good, and drink plenty of water, the pounds will begin to disappear. You can join the on-line version, maybe they have one at your work site, but I am sure you can find one in your area. Check out their website, do a goggle search for the correct web address.
