I agree that calling FedEx, UPS or a cargo company such as Atlas Air would be a start. Transporting a whale is costly because you are paying based on weight. You are not only paying for the weight of the whale but also the water to hold the whale while it is being transported.

I'm not doing this for you because i hate math- i will tell you how to do it
you're using the wrong airplane -
* use a747 -400 ER the freighter version
find out what max empty weight is
find out what max fuel capacity is and what it weighs
add the two together
find out what max takeoff weight is
subtract from first two
now you have the maximum weight of your water ,whale and tank
divide by 62.4 [ what a cubic foot of water weighs ]
now you have a basic idea [ in cubic feet ]of how big your container is
translate those dimensions into a rectangular cube aka a fish tank
how big a whale will it hold ?
got the idea ? have fun

There are a number of factors to take into consideration.

1. What is the weight of the whale.
2. What is the diration of the flight
3. What are youo going to contain them in? Water is extremely heavy and will greatly add to the weight.
4. Captain Kirk might be the best person to ask or Scotty... with his transparent aluminum.

Call Fed-Ex! When they get done laughing, they might be able to direct you to some other air cargo services that specialize in air transport of animals...a whale is VERY LARGE, so it's doubtful they would even be able to do that....

I think SeaWorld uses trucks and boats. All that worry about cabin pressure and such.

However I could be wrong...

In terms of money, any way you'd transport them, it would be a whole lot.
