smile, be yourself, don't act cheesy. by cheesy i mean don't laugh at every single thing he says and don't be fake. but just remember, there really is no need for flirting, just be yourself, no need to seduce someone. if you want them to notice you, BE YOURSELF. if they don't notice what a great person you are, then they're probably not worth it, and you all probably weren't meant to be. and don't chase after guys, let them chase after you. and don't take all this, well what if they're shy crap and they don't like to make the first move.....if they notice how wonderful you are, then they'll take a chance, no matter how nervous they are.

Dress up, go out to pick up spots like bars or clubs etc., and make eye contact and smile. Then wait.
Don't worry about it - guys come to girls, not the other way around. If he's competent in the least he'll direct the conversation for you.

- lightly touch his arm when u talk to him
- laugh at his jokes, but not anoyingly
- when you walk by him brush his shoulder or poke his side and wink or smile as u pass by. is ur feeling gutsy pintch or slap his *** lol
- dont cross ur arms when ur talking to him
- poke jokes at little things about him.. cant think of anything else
