If she has stopped eating and drinking that could be one sign. Try to make her comfortable. Lay a blanket in a box and put it under a desk or closet. This will make her less nervous and she will appreciate the privacy. Feel her sides for contractions. If she is having contractions it is very important that the first kitten be delivered within an hour after the contractions start. If the first kitten never comes I suggest you take her to your local vet because this may be a sign that the kittens are in trouble.

She will be having an hypersensitive reaction to something. My dad's cat is allergic to baking soda (won't be able to have commonly used clutter), dirt and who's popular with what all else. She is going somewhat loopy even as she's having an attack, meowing piteously, leaping on each and absolutely everyone, rubbing adverse to each and every thing even as often she's somewhat antisocial. My mom supplies her like 1 / 4 to at least one/2 pill of Benedril to end the reaction, which makes her foam on the mouth, besides the undeniable fact that that is the in person-friendly words element that permits her. My former father in-regulation had a cat that became allergic to his cigarette smoke, and he or she'd flow loopy each and every time he'd get rid of darkness from, and he'd insist that she became continuously in warmth because he refused to trust that cats get allergic reactions, yet truly, cats may have any hypersensitive reaction a human can, and that is somewhat undemanding.

Is the cat pregnant? You say it's pacing...if it has a cigar in it's mouth and it's standing outside the delivery room...the cat might be male and you're in good shape.

if she is pregnant then maybe, feel her stomach, if you feel it tighten like when a human is in labor then it is probable, if kittens come out later then yes it was labor
