the questions you need to ask yourself is: Why did you break up with him in the first place? Why did you feel that you were not good enough for him? Answer those questions and you will know for sure if you need him back or if you are just feeling lonley and want someone to fill the empty void that he left when you broke up.
If you do decide to persue him again then just simply tell him that you made a mistake and you would like to get back together. Then leave it up to him to decide if he wants to date you again or not.

Well it is hard, but tell him u still love him and ever since i broke up with u i have been miserable.Then say I'm sry i broke up with u, and hope u will forgive me and act like ur whole life is done.

Tell him that "I'm sorry I hurt you it was a mistake because I realize I still love you. If you do decide to to take me back this situation will never happen again. " Or another apology similar to that.

NOT a very good reason... you obvioulsy have a self esteem problem... If hes not with anyone else, just let him know that you realize you made a mistake, and that you really miss what u had, and is there anyway we can try it again, yada.....

Just simply tell him that. Tell him how you felt, and that you love him. If he loves you, he should understand. If you can't tell him face-to-face, try calling him on the phone or emailing him. Tell him how sorry you are, and that it won't happen again (well at least for that reason). He should understand if he's a nice guy. Good luck and God bless!
