Tell him once and for all.....NO. There are stalking laws on the books. If he keeps on bothering you threaten to call the cops....and if he continues, then make a complaint on him. You don't want to go out with this kind anyway, because he'll never leave you alone or give you peace. Don't play around with him, threaten him sternly. Best of luck to you.
