You cannot read everything in the Bible and believe it all applies in literal terms. When it refers to "Enoch walked with God," it was in the sense that he lived his life according to God' will. He lived a life that had God's approval. We must remember that the people who lived in Enoch's time, were evildoers and deliberately disobeyed God.

As any man today can walk with God.. In total agreement to His will. We just aren't as good at doing that as Enoch was..

I believe that it was referring to a spiritual walk. Not a actual physical stroll but a spiritual relationship with God. ie praying to him and following his will. The bible will often times use the word walk to indicate a obedient follower of God's will.

The disciples and many folks about 2000 years ago walked with God... they called him Jesus.
