There are a few nice solutions however I could additionally cross to Arirang that's a TV community in Seoul. There is a "Let's talk Korean" hyperlink you'll be able to cross to on there. Im korean and i dont know a site where you LEARN korean, but i know tons of sites that's korean. I'll try to find some. I'll get back to you

There isn't a site that will teach you how to speak any language, I personally want to learn Japanese but the internet didn't help.
