According to the stupid Christian faith, God cannot look upon them

It's possible for God to still love people in Hell. If that happens, then God simply cannot help you. A loving god would choose not to subject you to that torment. If someone is in Hell and God loves him, then he is in Hell only because God is too impotent to remove him from Hell.

But if God has the power to remove someone from Hell and does not do so, then he is not loving.

Personally, I think that granting complete free will is not a loving attitude. I could give my 2-year-old nephew free will, if I choose. I can sit back and let him walk out into the busy street. When his little corpse is tossed back and forth under several tires, could I claim that I love him so much I let him choose to die? Not at all.

Free will is not a gift.

That “God is love” is one of the fundamental truths of the Scripture. That He is “Just” is another. Both must be reconciled in every teaching, including hell. Imagine for a moment that an earthly judge was allowed to rule over the murder trial of his own son
( the obvious conflict of interest makes it imaginary) The evidence is overwhelming and the son is found guilty of a heinous crime and it is up to the judge to sentence him. It’s either the death penalty or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Because of his love for his son he spares his life and gives him instead life behind bars, all the while knowing that it may be the son’s wish to be put to death because he cannot bear the thought of 50,60,70 or more years in a 10’ x 15’ cell. The judge did what his professional duty required him to do in protecting the public from a murderer and at the same time spared the life of his son in the hopes that somehow he might still be of some value, if not to society at large, then perhaps in another way, yet unknown to either man. That God does send unrepentant men and women to hell is Biblical. That it is a place of eternal torment is also Biblical. That He may still receive glory from it and that there may be a value, yet unknown, is possible. If you can say that God receives ‘glory’ in keeping His Word and promise even in the extreme, then all Glory to Him.

Finally, I would add that hell may be a “blessing” in disguise to those who find themselves there; in that death and hell may indeed arrest the evil and stop it from getting worse. If every evil man and woman were allowed an eternity to sin and spend their evil freely, and given that evil continually grows with each evil act, where would it lead? Would every man become a Hitler or eventually a Satan? That hell stops such an eternal unchecked growth may be “love” indeed.

Of Course,

Jesus said "God is Love".

1. I don't believe that people stay in hell forever (I believe in reincarnation. It's hinted on in the bible, but not outright).

2. God gave everyone the power to choose what they want to do with their life, no matter what.

3. God loves the individual, therefore, he grants them free will. On earth, there is a law of karma ( "As you sow, so shall you reap"), therefore, when people do things that make them destined for hell, unless they take the necessary steps before they die to get God's forgiveness, then that's where they go.

4. God has unconditional love for all beings, man, animal plant, etc, etc. Many many people don't have that kind of love, but it can be developed. People can develop their love in order for it to be unconditional and for it to include not just the people close to them, but all the beings in the world, in the universe, even animals.

Everyone goes to hell because hell is just another term for mankind's common grave. As a loving God, God would never allow his children to burn in a place or torment. That is not only cruel, but it's unfair, when we die we have no thinking, no consciousness, and no activity. Eccl. 9:5 Our only hope for life again is if we are in God's memory when the time comes for the dead to be resurrected. I hope this answers your question :)

two part answer:

1 - God loves them. However, they don't love God. What would you call a place you don't want to be - hell. Folks who hate God don't want to spend eternity with him.

2 - God loves freewill/choice. Love cannot exist without choice. God requiring love is not love. Without choice there is no true love.

God does not let it happen. He allows it, but gives us a choice to where we want to be. We choose.

I think God loves everyone and everything and that there is no hell except the one we create here on Earth.

No, Because he controls everything that happen. God knows all about you, since he is the maker of reality. If he wanted you to be with him in heaven, he would prevent you from going to hell. That is why Christ died for those who will go to heaven.

The ones that end up in hell are destroyed for ever, they don't exist. Gone for good just like ashes.

Ain't no Heaven; Ain't no Hell. Do you think this is some kind of a dress reahearsal?
This is it. You get what you need from what you do in this life, whether that seems comforting or not.

Hell, as far as I'm concerned is a metaphor, and often an effective tool in scaring the stupid into behaving.

God, if he/it/she is in fact more than merely a figment of the mediocre human mind, is probably the only one who knows. Why don't you go ask him/it/her.
