It is horrible and devastating if either sex does it, but society is more lenient on men cheating that women. All the older movies show men cheating and everyone being OK with it. But if a woman does it then she is labeled as a slut. Its sad that its this way, but I think with our generation and the ones becoming adults are viewing that very differently than our parent, grandparents.

Men just feel that way, but you're right women have needs too and I hear that women cheat a lot more than statistically proven, but it's just we're a lot more discreet and private with it. Simply put we're actually better at it. Either way cheating is horrible and you shouldn't be dishonest with someone you love.

It's not worse for a woman to cheat on her man its just idiotic for either (man or woman) to do it in the first place(cheat). Brake up with him or her and move on. Why continually hurt someone when you can just let them go and let them heal and find a better companion than you. One they can trust and love faithfully. not one that can hurt them emotionally, physically(VD), (Pregnancy), and ruin marriages or relationships. I think it has to do with the physical act of sex. Having a different man inside your woman, just seems more compromising than your man inside another woman. the women who cheats has to open herself up more, physically and mentally, than a man does. It just makes her appear more vulnerable than it does a man. Which makes her appear more "open" to it.
Course that's a man's thoughts. Both are equally bad, just a way at looking at it.
