Matthew 7:14
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Matthew 7:13-15 (in Context) Matthew 7 (Whole Chapter)
it sounds to me like more choose to reject the way to heaven than to receive it so I would say more in hell
very sad to say that ..

So far, nobody has come back to give us a report on life after death. That is why it's so amusing when people try to manipulate others by telling them what is going to happen to them after they die depending on their religious practices. Faith is fine, if its genuine and not the product of pressure from those who expect you to believe that their way is the only way. Try to be the best person you can be and you probably won't be disappointed. But don't be intimidated by those who would have you believe that you must follow them or there will be no heaven for you, and don't let mortals tell you who is going there and who is not. They, like the rest of us, will find out when we get there.

Unfortunatly I think that more people are going to hell. This is for a couple reasons.
1. The individual refused to accept Jesus as their Saviour.
2. They were not told how to accept Jesus as their Saviour.
My prayer is that more people tell others how to accept Jesus as their Saviour.

Hell.
Matthew 7:13-14 (NKJV)
"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. [14] Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

All souls will eventually return their source. Some will take longer than others, but the out come, similar to the big bang imploding in on itself, is inevitable.

While I believe in an afterlife, I also believe God is all-forgiving. I believe that people create their own hell on earth.
