I see there are already several songs listed here. So I will try to answer the second part of your question. When I took an opera class at Utah State University, I remember the professor, Michael Ballam, saying something about how coloratura sopranos have to work very hard on difficult pieces as they are usually the "showiest" songs. The piece he identified as being about the hardest to nail right on was the Queen of the Night coloratura in Mozart's "The Magic Flute." If you ever watch a performance of that, you will find out why. Huge leaping intervals and high Fs make it difficult for any soprano, and as an alto I just listened, thinking, "Man, I'm glad I'm not a soprano!" You might want to try some other ones first. I did hear one college voice major sing it live once, but she was at least 21 years old. Good luck!

Check out the Shirmer anthology "Coloratura Arias for Soprano".
contains many wonderful coloratura arias.
but i should say that at 16 you're still very young and maybe should not go for the really difficult arias like that of the Queen of the Night.
Coloratura is not hard; but it does require good technique.
