100 will not be eough. 500 is closer because it will get your heart rate up. Do 1000 in the mornig and 1000 in the evening. Do the rest 8-10 glasses of water, 3 servings of vegetables without butter, sugar or salt two servings of fruits without extra sugar-and you will eventually lose the weight- about 2 pounds per week.

If you continue to monitor your food intake and exercise for at least 30-45 minutes per day you could lose weight. It is healthy to lose 1-2 pounds per week. If you are trying to lose weight fast just remember your skin needs time to return to its "normal" shape. Otherwise you may look really disgusting with your skin hanging off your body. It is better to lose the weight slowly than to rush the process because you can gain it back fast and than some. Be careful and make good choices to lose that 35 pounds.

If you really work at it, I guess. Do them once in the early morning and then again at night, if possible. I don't know about jumping jacks, but those are the most effective times to go running.

You'll probably have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day and cut down on calories. Good luck.
