I dont think so unless your planning to cause harm to yourself or others. I suggest you ask your thrapist about it because if they can then I just wouldnt be telling them anything.

From what I understand, the therapist is only allowed to tell someone if you are planning on huritng your self or others. Otherwise, what you say in session is private. Make sure your therapist is on the 'same page' as you are so you have no doubts.

By law the information spoken between you and your therapist is kept confidential BUT if you relay information that poses a danger to you or someone else any bodily harm they will have to share that information with your parents and the law.

Generally, doctor/patient confidentiality laws apply even to minors, except in the cases of you hurting yourself or others . . . or if you have/intend to break the law. Additionally, if she is made aware that you are/have been abused, she is mandated to report it to law enforcement.
The best thing to do is to talk directly to your therapist. Ask her for a copy of your privacy rights. That will outline exactly what she is and is not at liberty to disclose and to whom.

She is bound to patient/doctor confidentiality, unless you express serious intent/desire to hurt yourself or others. It's safe to express yourself completely with your therapist.

Not if you ask her not to...or if she thinks you will physically hurt yourself or break the law.....other than that it should be doctor/patient confidentiality.
