El Potro near the intersection of Alafaya Trail and Mitchell Hammock/Red Bug Lake Road- cheap but really, really good authentic Mexican food.

Oh.. great question! Try Bonefish OR Fishbones! Both are on Sand Lake Rd near I-drive. You can also try Season's 52 they're great! Parts of the menu change everyday and you're always guranteed great service! Also try Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, or Tschop-Tchop (an Emeril Lagasse restaurant) at the Royal Pacific Hotel! It's Emeril's flair and great food, but in a more casual and tropical setting!

Carrabbas! It is the best place for Italian. They have some of the best food I have ever eaten! It's a little bit expensive but the food rocks!Joe's Crab Shack is also another great place to eat. The service is really good but we waited like an hour and a half for our food, but overall it was fantastic!

Cafe Tu Tu Tango located on International Drive. You order several dishes, and local artists frequently drop by to paint, sculpt, etc.
Rainforest and Wolfgang Puck's (both at Downtown Disney) are good too.

If you go to Downtown Disney at Disneyworld there are some great restaurants there (like Planet Hollywood, House of Blues, etc.).

They have Wood-fired steaks, chops and day-boat seafood, all in an elegant but casual setting. Wine list is kind of pricy, but worth it.

There is an AWESOME vegetarian resurant downtown on 50, i can't remember the name. My friends went their last night, and they had pork dishes that were made entierly with soy and tofu products. Another great place to eat is called Sho Gun its at the corner of Alexandria blvd and 434. Its in the publix shoppping center. It's another one of those places that cook infront of you!
