The first week, you have to MAKE yourself get up and take a walk. Or even join a gym.. it's the first week that is the hardest! After that, you'll actually WANT to go. And if you miss a day you'll feel like crap and make up for it the next day. Once you start exercising, then think about eating healthy. Even portion control your food. That way, you can eat the good stuff.

The motivation has to come from ur determination to loose weight a t all cost and working towards it practically. There are so many ways to cut ur weight,U can start of by reducing ur excess fatty food intake .U can take a walk sometimes. If u can enroll in a fitness gym it will help u a lot more,i.e if u can afford it but if not, u can still exercise at home by dancing to a fast song u really like for at least twenty minutes, before u know it u´ll sweat and ur muscles will be more relaxed and for sure u´ll feel lighter. These are just simple ways u can start loosing it.I hope these tips help u, they work for me.

I am starting the Lindora Lean for Life program. It is a safe, rapid wieght loss program. Most of their patients claim to recieve increased energy, almost immediately. If you cannot afford to go in to one of their clinics, which I can't. You can do the program on your own. Just get the Lean for Life book and follow it completely. Make sure you get your vitamins and other "grocery items" before you get started. One of my best friends works there and she is the one that suggested that I do it on my own. The book you can buy at the store is the same one they give to the patients to follow at the clinic. With that, and just simple walking, you should be well on your way!
I wish you well..
God Bless!

it isn't about being vegetarian and non-vegetarian, yet about following a balanced weight help application. there's a elementary rule to this: " Burn extra energy than you devour". A weight help application which has a lot less fat, extreme protein, time-honored carbohydrate and far of supplementations and minerals is a healthful weight help application. do not take supplementations and medicines for doing an same artwork yet particularly flow for the organic way.

which one is better for weight loss? Weight Loss-30 or Quick Slim, or others?
