No if you have some of these mothers who dont have jobs and wont get job and obviously living off your money then they should have to show where this money is being spent.

Generally speaking, no. Some people who pay child support, tend to overlook that it means to pay for the support and care of their children. This doesn't always mean taking the child out and spending every penny on them during a shopping trip.
It means you help contribute to the total cost of raising your children; contributing to the same expenses you were when you with the child's other parent. And the other parent has no obligation to show you anything as long as the child is being properly cared for.
Now, if your child's basic needs are not being met-then you have recourse and you should do something about it.

The way the courts work if you are the parent paying the child support and are inquiring as to how your ex spouse is spending the money...........no. You probably aren't paying the fair share of expense it takes to raise the child anyways. The courts don't gie near enough. So the other parent is taking money out of rent, food, utilities, to pay for needed items for their child.
If you are a child and want some of the money............no. It costs so much to raise a child. The expenses are great and young children dont even begin to understand.

No, you dont. It is being used to take care of a child, weather that means paying for some of the rent so that child can have a house, helping to make a car payment so that child wont have to walk to school, or buying groceries so that child can eat. Maybe it is being use to pay a babysitter so that child wont have to stay home alone. There are tons of possibillities. The bottome line is it is the law that you have to pay it weather you like it or not. It was established so long ago because men have the habit of shirking their responsibilities. A child that you made is your responsibility. They cost lots of money, so hopefully you have gainfull employment.

In my experience as the wife of a divorced man, with three sons, you don't have any right to know how the money is spent. If you suspect your children are not receiving the benefit of your support, you can only go to court to try to prove they are not provided for and get custody. That's a hard battle to win.

Unfortunately you dont. Fathers have no rights other than the occasional visitation. If you have questions or would like to see statistics and new laws being written on fathers rights. Check out a web site called, Fathers are Parents too.com (FAPT)
There is some interesting info on that site.

Only if you see that your children are not being taken care of. As long as they (the other parent) is using the money to keep a propper roof over their heads with lights, water, and good food then there should be no worries.

Absolutely not if the kids have a place to live and are well fed and cared for it shouldn't cocern you at all. If you have doubts that they are being cared for you need to document it and go back to court , but you must have good cause and proof.
