just wondering could you use a clorox or tide to go bleach pen to give someone highlights or is it not that kind of bleach.

Not a good idea!! This comes from my experience with hydrogen peroxide and a hair dryer...not good.
It will be bad for your hair and may cause damage and breakage.

Sure, go ahead and try it! That would be awesome.
It's totally the right kind of bleach, they use a special chemical for the "to go" kind, that makes it just right!
