Absolutely. In fact Omaha which makes amazing steaks, burgers, etc ships that exact way! You order they pack your items in dry ice, than ship overnight. The food is always frozen when you get it, so it works just fine!

You would have to ask Federal Express but yes packages can be shipped with dry ice inside. I've received meat from Bergers Smoke House packed in dry ice several time.

Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide. If you put it in a sealed container, it will pressurize and possibly explode. If you put it in a vented container, the carbon dioxide gas could suffocate someone who is in a closed room or vehicle with it. I would say... NO!

If you overnight it frozen with ice packs in a Styrofoam container you don't even need dry ice.Be sure and mark the box PERISHABLE.
