Usually, yes, it means he is with someone else. In any case he does not want you. You don't have to move on right away, you can grieve and pine and have a nice long pity party. Cry and i recommend writing down all your feelings. You can't force a broken heart to mend. Just wait.

Heeeeellllooooo... what do you mean what does it mean it means exactly what he said move on he does not have to be with anyone else but if he is then it is his businesss because he has been real with you and told you to move on so if y ou get hurt then it is your fault.

not only is he telling you he is with (or wants to be with) someone else, but he's already moved on as well.

It doesn't neccessarily mean that he is with someone else, but it does mean that he probably doesn't want to be with you anymore. Sorry sweetie, time to find someone new.
