Im not sure of any sights ,but short hair is back in for women,the bobb look. I just went from long hair to a short bobb with longer layers in the front.Looks awsome.Also just cause its in style doesnt always fit a person.Make sure what ever you decide you go by the shap of your face .Make sure you will be happy with it and dont just get it cause its in style.The best way i think you can get ideas is go to google.com and look up modern bobbs
