At least 8 weeks. In my opinion, puppies who have been removed from their littermates too early sometimes develop behaviour problems, they really need their mother and other pups to start them on their way to proper socialization.
BTW in some places there are laws as to what age a puppy can be sold. Some information on this can be found below.

i would suggest 8 weeks because 6 weeks could be minimum but the puppies have to be totally weened and at 6 weeks puppies go through a stage where they are scared of everything and exposing them to new owners could give the pup life long fears. plz wait till 8 weeks for a happy owner and a happy puppy.

Usually 12 weeks to ensure the puppy's healthy before weening it off its mom. However, larger breeds can be separated from the mom as early as 6 weeks (not recommended).

Usally, breeders wait intill the puppy is 6 weeks old and is weaned. I would highly perfer waiting intill the puppy is 8 weeks old so it is not just getting weaned and stoping drinking it's mothers milk.

Typically between 2 and 3 months (8 and 12 weeks) is when they're fully weaned and the mother will start encouraging them to 'grow up'.

It is best to wait until they are 8-10 weeks old. We got our puppy at six weeks and it was hard. Alot of work for buyers!

Well, the suggested age for separating a pup from mom is 8 weeks. Make sure that you are placing your pups in good loving homes, do your homework on the people who are interested in them. And if all they want are freebies, tell them to go elsewhere.
