resi6 beat me to it. Foreplay isn't just the "warm up". It's the little things that you do or say to each other. Foreplay as well as sex is largely mental. It gets you in the mood and creates desire.

Foreplay begins in the morning when you first wake and look at the other and next to you and thank God shes there and wants to be with you. Then you make sure that she knows that too by showing and telling her.
