I'm 41. I could care less about motorcycles, but I think I can appreciate the fascination some people have with them. I'd like a different "ride", like (and this is going to sound geeky, ready?) a ride on a modified shuttle out to Saturn to take a good close look, with my own two eyes, at those beautiful moons and rings, and at the planet itself. I'm a dreamer, maybe a geeky one, but really, if you think about it, what motivated Columbus et. al. to set out from Spain, when a lot of people seriously thought the Earth was flat, and go exploring? (Money is a definite possibility, but not the answer I'm looking for.) It's part of the human psyche. Or, sometimes men just like to have quiet time, too, and just like to have it far, far away :)

I happen to like fast cars. The roof and extra pair of wheels yields a bit more security. All the medical types I know call them donorcycles.
Ultimately, the car or motorcycle is less money than the mistress, especially if the wife finds out.......

I don't need a motorcycle to feel I have plenty of power between my legs.
Besides, keeping a classic Jaguar running is trouble enough. but worth it - no problems with the rain, very pretty and distinctive, comfortable and the air conditioning works.
And if you were in the seat alongside me we could talk.

Golly gee, are you SURE you like men? No fish, no motorbikes, no spending too much time waxing the sports car, no sitting around watching tv, no bbq's, no water sports, what's a guy to DO with you? Are you going to complain about belching next???
Do reading, and playing with toy trains, qualify as "sophisticated"?

Personal tastes, dear. I haven't bought another motorcycle since I wrecked mine in the Nevada desert a couple years back, but I'm keeping my eye out for another one. I'm just not obsessed by the desire for one.
