According to the Iraqi's I have spoken to and the papers we have found, Saddam Hussien sent out orders to all his soldiers to bury any and all chemical weapons and component compounds to avoid detection by the UN teams. An even greater question would be why was all the chemical weapons found hushed up and when some was reported by the New York Times it was put on page 14. We have soldiers with documented medical cases of exposure to nerve agents and mustard gas with recurring symptoms such as coughing up blood and black phlegm.
Sincerely,

They were planning to make an A bomb out of them!!
Well Sarge, let me see some evidence!! There is no question a lot of troops riding in those tanks with spent uranium are going to have effects. I don't expect to see a lot of chemical poisoning in Iraq! I am sure Fox News would have told us by now!!
"It seemed like to me they based some of their decisions on the word of—and the allegations—by people who were held in detention, people who hate America, people that had been trained in some instances to disassemble—that means not tell the truth."
—Bush answers a question about Amnesty Internationale's report on abuse in U.S. war prisons. (President's Press Conference, May 31, 2005, White House transcript)

Insecticides are a good source for home-grown explosives and widespread biological poisons. Many insecticides are harmful (some even lethal) to humans ... and this is common knowledge.

Like so many things stored, perhaps somebody was waiting for the price to go up before they sold it? Perhaps it was shipped to the wrong place and nobody at the receiving end knew what to do with it? Trying to justify somebody elses mistake years after it no longer matters seems to be a favorite tool of the dissasemblers.
