I think it depends on the girl. Usually girls assume there is a commitment after you have slept together unless you specifically state that there is no commitment and/or you do not want one.
I don't measure it by number of dates or amount of time, but more by how physical and connected you are with that person.
Either way, if you are having doubts, better have a talk and clear up where you both think you are in the relationship so you don't hurt her.

If no commitment has been stated then all expectations are off. Personally, I don't have sex with guys I'm just dating. And guys I would have sex with I want an agreement of mutual exclusivity. So if everyone knows there's no commitment then everyone can sleep with anyone they want, please use protection and stay away from my family.

If there is no commitment then dating someone else is OK. It's only cheating if you have a committed relationship.

I think that if he lie then it will go on till his plate is empty, im in the same sit, and i might be pregnant by him, but when i find out that im not pregnant ima run like hell.
