The more natural the treatment, the better. I don't want to have to do anything crazy like stand on my head, nor do I have lots of money to waste on fraudulent products. I'm looking at growing my own hair, so weaves and hair extensions aren't options. What has worked for you?

Skip the Nioxin pills but do get the shampoo and scalp therapy. It stimulates your scalp (it's makes your head cold causing the blood to rush there to warm it, in turn giving your hair follicles extra nurishment). You should see signifigant growth using these products. They are spendy though. Keeping your ends trimmed will NOT make your hair grow faster, but it will keep your hair from breaking off because the ends are bad. Obviously when your hair breaks off you counter-act any growing it's done.

The best reply to that is: maintain it healthful. Dont use alot of product, and get a shampoo for difficult to develop hair. Garnier Fructis works lovely good. Eating fish like salmon could also be very well to your hair... It additionally has to do with the elements, humidity, and such. My hair grows like loopy for the period of the summer time, however under no circumstances within the wintry weather. Be sufferer! Everyone's hair grows at one other cost.

oh my gosh people dont know what they are talking about ok cutting your hair on a regular basis will not keep your hair growing it will only keep the split ends off. putting hair oil on your hair will not do the trick, this will only coat the hair with serum and can even make it look greasy. However, im going to have to go with the hair pills but i would not go to walmart for them, NIOXIN has a system to use for this, if you go to any salon that sells it they will tell you, use the shampoo and conditioner and they have hair pills to go with it.
