I have falling in love with a very special guy, but I live in the UK and he lives in the USA...
I would love to go visit, but I have a criminal record, for child neglect after a very bad bout of depresstion 2 years ago, the kids were home with in 10 days but i was still prosicuted because the house was such a mess...
I have heard that i will not be able to get in to the US even as a visitor....
any advice or tip on the law and how i might be able to furfill this dream

The US has strict laws about allowing in people with offences which they consider morally wrong, or which might present a risk while you are in that country.

I think you need to phone the embassy in London. You have to have an interview because you need a special visa. I don't think its impossible tho.

if you don't have a warrant for your arrest or on probation you can come to usa you would have to call the courts and ask if you could leave the uk if you have your kids
