I have a tag that tells the place and has a number on the bottem telling where her Vet. is so I wanted to look up my dog on the internet.

It most likely is not possible over the internet.
You will have to call the vet whose number is on the tag and have them look it up and see of you can obtain a copy of it for your records.
The old owner should have given you this info when you got the dog.

If you have a rabies tag from the previous owner, contact them and ask for a record. The vet can look the dog up by the number on the tag. If a rescue, the org. should have a record.

Go back to the vet that's listed on your dogs tag.Ask them how you can recieve the shot record.You may not be able to look it up on the internet.

Call the place and let them know you are the new owner of this dog and you'd like a copy of her medical history including her vaccination history.
They can make a copy of her records/history for you. I work for a vet and we do this all the time.

contact the last owner of the dog and if they ever had vet visits find out with what vet and call and ask for them. they usually comply nicely with your request.
