Go up to her and tell her who you are and that you like her and ask if she would like to spend some time to get to know you. Why don't you sit down with her, over some coffee or other beverage, and just be honest and upfront with her. If she rejects that, then at least you know about it now, and not 1 year from now, when you're really falling in love with her. If you wait to tell her, then she just may get another boyfriend this summer. Honesty is the best policy.....don't be shy, she may have the same feelings for you. Best of luck to you...........
