By definition of the word "rhetorical", such a question is not meant to be answered. The question provides only food for thought. In some cultures, rhetorical questions are impolite.

rhetorical questions are questions that are supposed to give u something to think about. it's not wise to answer these questions. btw there are many such questions on answers.yahoo but ppl answers them all the time. the asker of such a question wants only to express a view, not to receive an answer that he/she desperately needed.
