convicted of unauthorized phone calls, the only person prosecuted for doing so, because I was the only one who admitted it. It is considered a felony because it was more than 1,500 dollars

I don't know of any state that will allow you to work in any medical field with a felony conviction. You might have to find a new career.

It is going to be litteraly impossibe to find a job in the medical with a felony.....even if it is for phone charges. Mostly because of the insurance issues. I would call traveling respiratory therapist agency and home care ones and see if they might be willing to take a chance but I dont see a hospital hiring you with a F.

You might just have to wait out the 7 years till it goes off your record.
