It truely depends on what the dream was about, but I mean, Hey. If the dream was good, maybe you should get to know him and find out if the dream was hocus-pocus, or a real foreshadowing.

I think that you saw him before though he did not register with you,but your unconcious mind picked him up for a dream.

that happened to me. i dreamed about a boy my whole life and i met a guy exactly like him except he was a total jerk. he slamed doors in my face and he told me he loved me then a month later when i fall for him he hates me. dont go for it.

maybe you are meant to meet him, do you think you have phsycic tendancies. Has this ever happened before? Go with the flow see what happens, it doesnt hurt to question curiosity.
