Good rule of thumb is to pierce your dogs nose when your dog comes up and asks you to do it.

Yes Absolutely wrong. Why would you ever want to do that?? For your own perverse pleasure? Certainly the dog has no say in the matter, and he's the one that's going to endure the pain of the piercing. It's sick that you want to do this.

Yes I would say that was very wrong and probably against the law. Why don't you ask the SPCA this question, then maybe you'll find out if they will allow you to actually keep this dog that you are choosing to abuse. What a jerk you are.

First of all it spelled chihuahua, like the city in Mexico. And i don't think it would be a very smart idea to peirce his/her nose. A dog will auto matically try to get it off because it's not a natural thing. You would end up just hurting the dog even more than just the pain of the peircing itself. Do you want the dog to rip it's nose up? I don't think so . You love your animal.

Although they pierce bulls noses, it does not mean you can do it to your dog. A dogs nose is it's number one tool - Don't mess with it. Dogs lick and scratch at their wounds so much that they have a hard time healing...if you did this to your dog, he may have a constant or recurring nose bleed from digging at it all the time! For the sake of your little pup, DON'T DO IT.

Yes, it's very wrong and cruel. A dog's nose is incredibly sensitive. It would be like piercing your private areas. Not only that, but even if it weren't a horrible thing to do, it would look ridiculous.

I believe it is wrong for these reasons - dogs have tons more olfactory nerves than we do, so it might affect the sense of smell and they always have their noses in something and could end up snagging their nose ring on something and injuring themselves.

Are you crazy?!?! That's sooo mean!!!! It would hurt the dog a lot, and your dog would probably try to get the thing out! Would YOU like it if YOU were a dog and YOUR owner decided to pierce YOUR nose?!?! That's just cruel! If you decide to (you better not!!!), you're just an EVIL, EVIL PERSON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just picture fido with a bad itch ripping that thing out and swallowing it. A $1000 trip to the vet later ask yourself if this was a good choice.

Ummmm...can you say "animal cruelty." If someone sees you out-and-about with your dog's nose pierced, they can call the police on you.
