I don't think the type of hair or hairstyle you have makes someone sexy or not sexy. It's the whole person (their entire look, their personality, etc.) that makes a person sexy.

Spikey hair is not enough info to a man's "sexiness." Too many other variables. So, he could be, but not because of his hair.
