I'm not really sure what to get. Isn't a bridal shower supposed to have sexy gifts?

Thanks all for your answers. I ended up getting her a sexy outfit and a really nice wedding photo album. I figured I couldn't go wrong with a "real" gift and a racy gift. Turns out I was the only one who got her something not on her registry. Isn't that what the wedding gift is for? This was a bridal shower--gifts for the bride!

Hi; The gift really depends on how close-friends you guys are, and how her personality is; If you know she's an outgoing, fun-loving person, then a chic sexy gift would be great!, try getting her a gift certificate for an adult store in your hometown (or even online); If she's more traditional, then get her something more pampering, like maybe a gift certificate for a spa treatment, or a pampering basket (you can put it together yourself; find cute basket, add a chenille robe, slippers, some lotion and maybe even come candles and a relaxing cd), she will certainly appreciate a pampering gift, since she's probably pretty stressed out right now. Worst case, if you really don't know what she'll like, get her a gift certificate to a major department store where she has endless of things to chose from; to make it cuter, package it in an adorable, sexy little bag/box, add a cute greeting card and maybe a little something like some handcuffs or massaging oils, and you're set!.

I agree with the last answer it depends on how close your friendship is. If you want to make it personal you can scrapbook her events at the shower, bachelorette party and or the wedding. Or you can shop off the gift registry. The sexy gifts depend on what kind of bridal shower it is. If it's with friends you know then a sexy gift may work.

A bridal shower is usually attended by a lot of friends and family members so I would save the sexy gifts for the bachelorette party. For a shower get her something off of her registry, usually something for around the house, like cooking stuff or bath towels.

A gift card! Those are the best gifts...they may not be exciting to give, but they are nice to receive because you can spend it any way you like. If it's sexy, consider a gift card to a porn store or something.

At my bridal shower, I got 4 crock-pots. My advice is to either get her a gift-card to somewhere she likes to shop, or wait until after the shower and see what she didn't get and get her that.

If she is having a regular bridal shower then it is probably regular shower gifts.....if she is having a naughty/nice or lingerie party then definetly sexy gifts.
