I would say that there is no such thing as a program to teach you any language. If you want to learn to speak spanish, the best thing to do is to take serious courses where they combine the use of books, conversation and a teacher to guide you thru all that it entails. Spanish is not an easy language to learn but Buena suerte!

Hello,

That is great, that you want to learn Spanish. Just for the record no Learning program can teach you everything, remember you have to learn the verb, nouns, adjectives and also the grammar as well ...etc

The pimsleur Recorded Books program are great, beacuse, its like recorded conversationa, that you can just place on your mp3 player and also on your cd player.

Rosetta stone is also good as well, it compares your voice to a native very impressive, but not for the price because its costly. I would recommend you going to the Library to check to see if you can loan it out.

Teach Yourself Books are also great because it gives your an understanding of the Spanish Language.

Teach yourself Spanish, comes with or without a CD.

Another good software is called Learn Spanish Now 9.0, this software is great because it matching your voice against a natives.

Talk now, Mexican Spanish, is an introductory course for beginners, that gives people a starting ground.

Here are a few websites, hope it helps

The best thing is to travel in countrys where they speak spanish, but if you can't, look at films in spanish. You'll see your ear will adapted "quickly"! And for the basic grammar, any books are good (I think)..

no such thing babe. Ya gotta hang out with the mexicans and bug the crap out of them for spanish words and pronunciations. then if you only speak to them in spanish, after about a year you'll be pretty good. No shortcuts.
