Don't know if this will help but I'll give it my best shot. How about a birthday cake shaped like underwear? Or go to the store and get some cheap white underwear and sew up the leg holes and use them to put party favors in...kind of weird, but just a suggestion. :)

M. Huegerich had some great ideas! I used the golden plunger idea, the tighty whiteys and capes idea and the nametags with silly names. A huge hit! I also used BeeFree's idea of sewing up tighty whiteys and using them as goodie bags and made an underwear shaped cake. Kids loved everything. I also came up with some of my own ideas. A huge hit was a piñata with green curling ribbon "boogers" hanging out of the nostrils. Also in the gift bags we added snot shots, whoopee cushions, fart bags, fart putty, booger candy, toilet bowl candy, captain underpants tattoos. We had "potty shots". Pineapple soda in toilet shaped xtra large shot glasses and snot shot shotz in test tube shot glasses. {green jello whisked}. They had toilet paper fights and "booger fights", silly string. Too may odd things to name. Overall the kids said it was the best party ever.

get a pack of cheap underwear cut Lil eyeholes out let them ware it as a mask like capten underpants and read 1 of the books and u will find ideas 4 ur party

Get a roll of cheap red cloth, & cut out a red cape for all the guests! Buy some adult-sized 'tighty whiteys' for the kids to wear over the top of their clothes.
Buy a few bathroom plungers & some gold spray paint, & hand out 'Golden Plungers' as prizes for some games.
Collect some of the pre-anagram signs out of the books, & let the kids try to guess what the boys changed them to.
Play 'Pin the toupee on Mr. Krupp.'
Oh, and BE SURE to get everyone's 'silly names' from the 'Professor Poopypants' book (or link below,) & make nametags for everyone! :D
