Poor thing, you can't spell.
Walking is the best exercise because it is least pressure on your body. You can also do very simple exercises that you sit or lay down to do. Nothing strenuous!!

Do as much activity as your body is used to.

Stick to the light stuff if you didn't exercise or weren't very active before you got pregnant. If you were active, the doctor will tell you to do what you can - your body will let you know when you have done too much.

I play very competitive volleyball, and did so until I was 8 1/2 months pregnant. My body finally said "ENOUGH".

Any exercise is good for you. Just remember - the more prepared your muscles are for exercise, the better it will be in labor.

Pelvic floor exercises I would highly recommend. As for me, when you are in labor and you realize it is time to push you are ready to push and the nurses are telling you to hold on until the doctor gets in there or you could tear. Pelvic floor exercises would be very beneficial for this purpose.

Walking is also recommended and very helpful.
