bacteria. Could be a yeast infection or other bacteria. Could be a chemical imbalance. Could be nothing. See your pediatrician.

I agree with all the above - so see your doctor. You want to check also that an underarm crystal may be suitable to use - it lowers the pH and thus does not promote the growth of bacteria. But please do check with your doctor to see if it okay to use with a 16 month old.

Sometimes it can be something as small as the food she eats or her juices. Maybe she could stand to drink more water. I would use unscented baby powder under the arms. Less a chance of a rash if it doesn't contain fragrances.

deoderant, everybody uses it

that's the slogan of a femanine deoderant
or "strong enough for a man, pH balanced for a woman"
apparently women are more acidic than men...

unsecnted baby powder-- or baking soda.. just make sure shes not eatting it.. and def go and see the dr to rule anything else out (always better safe then sorry) and make sure to wash her well--toes fingers unerarms elbow creaes and dry her well.. also make sure her clothign is breathable!

Bathe her more thoroughly, and try to put powder on her sweaty spots.
