This one is easy, but you need a good mixer that has good power.
1 box cake mix (any flavor you want, but I like devil's food cake)
1/2 tub of Cool whip
1 egg
Mix together with mixer and then drop on lightly greased cookie sheet and cook at 400 for about 12-18 min. You can also sprinkle with powder sugar before cooking, but I don't normally add that step.
Good luck!

Personally I like the choc. chip recipe on the back of the Crisco butter flavored sticks package. They are really good. They start out chewy and then if you don't eat them right away they start to get crispy. I just add all of the ingredients at one time, except for the choc. chips. Add those after you mix everything together. Also don't over mix as this can lead to flat crispy cookies, unless that's what you want.

I have a GREAT brittle recipe! Try this
Crush Breton crackers in a bowl and mix with brown sugar.
Spread this on a cookie sheet, Sprinkly butter on top and then add milk chocolate chips for the last layer. Bake this until choco-chips have melted... Let it cool or harden, you can even put it in the fridge, and then break it up. It's DELICIOUS!

So many websites can help you, but do not forget the old standby - chocolate chip cookies. Get a bag of chips and follow the recipe on the back. My fav is on the Nestles bag.

The best is to buy the boxed mix in the Supermarket. All you need to add is just liquid (milk or water) and eggs.
