get it checked. some red moles, bumps etc. could be cancerous.

Any bump, lump needs to be checked by a vet. It could be anything from a bug bite to cancer.

Hmm, it might be a sore that burst or maybe he scratched that area until it bled. I would suggest seeing a vetrinarian as soon as possible.

Could be a cyst..Have it looked at to rule out tumor though.

dont mess with it take it to a vet i could be just a bite or it could be a parsite

take him to the vet... it could be an insect bite, spider bite, snake bite... really anything!
