I am trying to sell my house and many people have commented that they love it but it's to close to power lines. I live next to the green belt, which you think would be nice because there will never be a house built next to you on that side. It's also great area if you have a dog to go and play.

Every house would be unsafe then, there are power lines everywhere.

I guess you've never seen the movie "NEIGHBORS" with John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd. You should rent it. You'll have a good laugh. People equate those power lines with so many weird things. Foremost is radiation, but it also reminds them of a tesla coil with lightning zooping all around the place. It scares the begesus out of people. I wouldn't buy a house near them either. Rednecks buy houses near them just to make their friends laugh. lol.

so they say...but it does suck anyway because they're dangerous if they fall or if you're kids are playing by them and stuff!
